This happens in the form of Big Tax Cuts and thousands of loopholes so that Rich Guys like Mitt Romney pay almost no taxes and at lower rates than the  99% of Americans

Mitt has constantly kicked people out of their jobs and the Government has to help these unemployed workers and pay for their pensions. Mitt is one of the Greatest "Welfare Queens" in America and the World !!
