GOP caught in own foolish sequester trap

Rachel Maddow reports on how the sequester was designed to be sloppy and painful to both parties, to motivate them to work together rather than endure foolish cuts. Now that it's doing its damage, Republicans are trying to do undo the cuts that they don't like while leaving the cuts Democrats don't like.
