Huffington Post : North Carolina Poll : Civitas is a conservative think tank, and its previous surveys in this state had all shown Romney in the lead. - Civitas Institute gives now Obama a four percentage-point advantage (49 to 45 percent). North Carolina remains the closest state in the current polling snapshot.  - In other swing states Obama does much better.
