Jan Brewer’s Jan. 14, 2013, state-of-the-state speech : "Not expanding Medicaid would mean that $2 billion of Arizona’s tax dollars would simply be passed to another state generating jobs and providing health care for citizens in California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico or any other expansion state."

My Comment :

Nobody can doubt that Governor Jan Brewer is very conservative and very combative. She does not love President Obama and is not a fan of ObamaCare.

All Federal Taxes go to the same shoebox, For example : Federal Taxes paid by Texans don't have necessarily to return to Texas.

If Texas fails to expand Medicaid, then the U. S. Federal Government can use the Money that was going to be paid to Texas Medicaid Expansion for any other purpose, like sending a rocket and vehicle to planet Mars, giving Military Aid to any country in the Middle East, or sending these Texan Federal Taxes to Arizona to help Governor Brewer pay for her Medicaid Expansion.

So the Texan Federal Tax Money may go to Planet Mars instead of Helping the Texan Poor.
