My View : Racism is an important factor in this Confrontation, and also Business, Hospital Associations, Health Care Professionals, Chambers of Commerce and many City Councils are for the Medicaid Expansion. Republican Governors fell in a trap baited for them by the Republican biased U. S. Supreme Court.
