Venezuela has been in Fascism, Despotism, suppressing the Free Press and Free Speech and financing dictatorships and populists in Latin America.
Chavez has not created jobs, industries or economic inventions. He just distributed the money from exports, and has also given many hundreds of billions to other despotic nations.
This is only sustainable if all prices do not fall !
