This Professor gives an excellent Lecture but fails to mention that you have to start Registering and Persuading the Latino Voters ( and other Minorities ) right now at this moment. And you have to invest several millions of dollars in Registering New Voters. This is not free, gratis or kostenlos. You have to open your wallet for paying the canvassers and activists.
Greatest Secret : Unlike White Anglos or others, you have to mobilize Latinos very early with great anticipation and hard work ! - Otherwise you are courting failure with your expected Latino Voters. ( And with other Minorities ! )

If Democrats decide that, hey, there’s no way Latinos are going to vote for those virulent anti-Latino Republicans, well, then maybe Latinos won’t show up for them or will decide that it is, in fact, in their interest to vote for Republicans.
