The lack of seriousness, responsibility, gravitas, etc ... of the Paul Ryan Budget - This is a beautiful Fairy Tale like Cinderella or the Sleeping Beauty. Ryan's numbers are "pissing out of the toilet" and are given by irresponsible people that do not know where they are standing and have no final responsibility. Some of those people have backed off, recanted and disavowed their participation in Ryan's crazy budget and projects.
